Here is it. I attached the wrong one.
I have 2 main problems.
1. I want to add a alarm that rings every 10 min.
2. When I power my circuit it doesn't start counting from 0.
Please I need guidance I'm still a beginner.

I resolved oscillation problem. I replaced my flip-flops with just one and I used a master-slave flip-flop. However, I still cannot figure out why my clock is not working well.
