I am trying to keep it as simple as possible, if you can implement it yourself there is no point to introduce a new circuit.
Just create new circuit add toggle button, invert it's output, and check "Display visual elements on symbol" on the circuit properties.

Unfortunately this technique doesn't allow the indicator on the toggle to reflect the current output. When output is high the indicator is off. I can certainly understand wanting to keep things simple. I wasn't thinking a new circuit, I was think just adding a default setting to the existing circuit. Similar to the constant circuit only a 1 or 0. That way indicator would reflect the correct state. Just a thought.

I appreciate all the work you put into this. It's awesome!

Just add an inverter (NOT gate) after the inverted toggle button, then.
