flip flop and timers

Hi all,
I would like to preform the following operation using flip flops, timers and other logic gates;
To start an operation, press the start button and after 5 seconds press the start button a second time the only the drive can start, for the 5 second start delay a 0.3 sec flip flop light must be on. at anytime the stop is pressed the sequence must stop.
