Counter 7490 Count from 9 to 45

Hello! I’m doing a project for my Digital Circuits class and I’m having trouble with the Counter 7490. I was able to make it count normally from 0 to 49 but my professor asked us to make it count from 9 to 45. I tried many things but couldn’t figure out how to make it either start from 9 or stop at 45. Ideas?
